Kung Fu for Kids

Kids kung fu lessons are not only a great way for kids to get fit and healthy, but they also begin to teach the basics of kung fu and can greatly improve a child’s mental focus and physical capability. This can lead to a greater level of self confidence, which can permeate through all aspects of the child’s life. Kids’ classes are shorter to maintain optimal concentration throughout and the techniques are more designed to engage a younger mind. The lessons also include teaching the values of respect and courtesy,  and how to deal with playground physical situations.
