5 Elements

The 5 elements are used as a framework for reacting and responding to attacks. The techniques involved follow the 5 element theory, a general combat rule which assumes at least three outcomes of any conflict – the constructive, the neutral and the destructive. Therefore the goal is to apply specific techniques in such a way that a desirable cycle will form based on the constructive, neutral and destructive interaction.
